Cancellation policy

Studio Sphinx requests a notice of at least 12 hours prior to appointment start time to cancel or reschedule appointments. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 12 hours from the service start time will be charged 50% of the booked services fee. No shows will be charged a 75% booked service fee. All charges will be applied to the card used to book the appointment.
